BLACKOUT VAPORS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your Blackout Vapors products. But if you don’t, here’s what to do.
1. BROKEN OR WRONG ITEM:
- Got a broken item? Or the wrong item? Contact us in 72 hours.
- We will fix it fast. We may ask for photos or videos to see the problem.
- We will send a new item or give a full refund. You will not pay extra.
2. NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR ITEM?
- You can return or exchange it. You have 30 days from when you bought it.
- You must pay for return shipping. But first, talk to us. We might find a better solution.
3. CAN’T RETURN EVERYTHING:
- You cannot return or exchange items that have been opened or used. This is for safety and hygiene.
- You cannot return items like
- Open pods
- Drip tips
- E-liquids
- Batteries
- Glasses
- Disposables
- Coils
- Atomizers
- Tanks
- Cartomizers
- But if items are new and unopened, you can return them. You won’t pay a restocking fee.
4. HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
PACK YOUR ITEM:
- Put the item you want to return in a box.
- You can use the original packaging if it is in good shape.
GIVE US DETAILS:
- Put your name, contact info, order number, and why you are returning the item in the package.
- This will help us manage your return quickly.
SEND IT BACK:

5. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
- You must pay to ship returns.
- But if we made a mistake, we will pay to ship your exchange item.
6. REFUNDS
- We will work on your refund in 10 days after we get your return.
- It may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show on your statement.
7. WARRANTY
- Items on our site have a 30-day warranty from the purchase date.
- The warranty covers defects from the manufacturer.
- It does not cover damage from misuse, user mistakes, accidents, or changes you made.
8. TO OUR CUSTOMERS
- Misuse or wrong handling can make vape products not returnable or void the warranty.
