Warranty and Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Blackout Vapors, we are committed to providing complete customer satisfaction and hope that you have the most amazing vaping experience with our products. We deal with each request for exchanges and returns on an individual basis and ensure that you’re happy with any purchases you make with us.

Time Frame for Exchanges and Returns

If you receive “Dead On Arrival” (DOA), Wrong, Missing, or Damaged merchandise, we require that you inform us within 48 hours of the time of delivery. Do, examine the products carefully and inform us of any issues within this time frame.

All requests for exchanges and returns should be placed within 30 days of the original purchase. We are open to giving you a refund or making exchanges with these 30 days.

Conditions for Exchanges and Returns

The following items cannot be returned for the purpose of safety and hygiene if they have been opened or used.

  • Open pods or cartridges
  • Drip tips
  • E-liquids
  • Rechargeable batteries
  • Replacement glasses
  • Disposables
  • Replacement coils
  • Atomizers or tanks
  • Cartomizers

If any item is not defective and has been opened and used, we will NOT entertain a request for return or refund.

Our return policy does not cover items that have been misused or mishandled. We advise that you contact us with questions and instructions for usage and proper care before using the products.

If the items are unused or unopened, you can return them without any restocking charges.

In case the item has a manufacturer defect, no service fees are applicable.

Procedures for Returns

We take requests for exchanges and refunds for items that are unused and undamaged that have not been opened.

We also accept defective items you’ve bought on our website.

Once we receive the items, the Returns Department will examine the merchandise carefully. If needed, we may ask you for pictures or videos of the defect.

If the merchandise is available, you’ll receive a replacement of the original order at no additional cost.

If the merchandise is not available, you’ll receive a refund via the form of payment you originally used to make the purchase online.

We request that you make sure all the items with the purchase are returned including starter kits and any other products that are a part of a set. If possible, do include the original packaging in which you received the product.

Customers are requested to follow this process:

  1. Securely pack your merchandise in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).
  2. Include your name, contact information, and order number. Also, add the reasons for return.
  3. Mail your online returns to the following address within 30 days of Original Purchase.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers will carry the cost for shipping returned merchandise back to us. In case you need exchanges, we will approve the returns and send you merchandise with no extra shipping charges. If you have requested a return, you’ll receive a refund. Please note that shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Refund Procedures

Allow a time frame of 10 days from the date when you shipped the returned item to the time your account shows the credit. You can also expect that 1 or 2 billing cycles may lapse before the credit appears on your statement. Please contact us with any questions you have at [email protected].

Customers will receive their refunds via the original payment method they used including a credit card, debit card, or any other. You may also receive a refund in the form of store credit as reward points. In case customers no longer own the prepaid card that they used to make the payment, Blackout Vapors is not responsible for refunds.


All hardware items that you purchase on our website come with a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

For the warranty to be applicable, we request that you initiate the return process within 30 days of the original purchase.

The 30-Day Limited Warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, errors made by the customer, accidents, dismantling, and modifications made to suit individual preferences. Further, the warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential causes for damage.

We recommend that you save the warranty card included in the packaging until you have had the time to examine and ensure the working status of the merchandise. Certain manufacturers require the original warranty card to process warranty services.

The warranty does not cover issues like minor scratches, discoloration, or other cosmetic flaws.

In addition to the legal rights specified in the warranty card, customers are also entitled to other rights as laid down by the laws of their state.

Other Conditions

Not all products may be compatible with one another. We recommend that you contact our consultants with questions about compatibility before placing your order. We do not accept incompatibility as a reason for returns.

Items like pod systems, RTAs, RDAs, RDTAs, and tanks that you purchase at our website are designed for use with e-liquids only. Using the devices with CBD oil, cannabis oil, cannabis-based substances, or other similar products voids the warranty and we will not accept returns.
